1a) Life Coaching for:

Anger, anxiety, feeling depressed, lack of self-esteem or self-love, relationship difficulties or sexual issues

We are usually not born with anxieties, a lack of self-esteem or anger issues. We “acquire” them on the way, in our life, through events that affect us (mostly in childhood, but also as adults). For example, there are high chances we lose self-esteem if, as children, we are constantly compared with a sibling. Same way, a painful rejection by a lover in our adult life can leave us feeling less trusting in people.

A sort of “forgetting” happens. Joy, calmness, trust, love and self-love, confidence or clarity, which are our natural resources, seems to be lost. The good news though is that they are never really lost, they only remain hidden, stored in our subconscious.

In these sessions, we will use the power of the subconscious in two ways (call it “negative’ and “positive”):

On one hand, we work through the barrier between us and our natural resources: bringing to light the events that led to us “forgetting” them. On the other hand, we create a direct contact with our natural resources, the ones we are missing in today’s life – joy, peace, self-confidence, clarity.

Both ways are necessary and supportive of us healing the emotional distress and starting to live life more and more from a thriving mode than a surviving one.

Practicalities

  • Our journey together starts with a free introductory session of 30 minutes. No commitment is necessary, just a genuine curiosity and interest in how this work can help you. 

  • A package contains 3 or 5 sessions (the first ones should be on a weekly base), which is on average the support I noticed people need in this kind of situations. 

  • If booking one package doesn’t feel comfortable, please know that you also have the option to simply take one session and decide afterwards.

  • However, there are many factors which influence the duration of the work (the severity of the health issue, whether the person has done inner exploration before, his/her openness to this kind of work). Depending of these, I might suggest more or less sessions.

  • One session lasts approx. 75 minutes. Please be aware that health insurances don't pay anything at all for this. There is a discount available for students.
