Dr. Nidal Moughrabi – hypnosis coaching for life crises and personal development

Medically grounded hypnosis coaching & personal guidance

Dr. Nidal Moughrabi is a licensed physician and supports people through life crises and personal development using clinical hypnosis, coaching, and meditation – scientifically grounded, without esotericism, online and in person.

Why the subconscious is at the center of my work

As a physician in intensive care and emergency medicine, I worked for many years under constant pressure. During that time, it became clear to me: we often treat symptoms or try to change our behavior—yet the underlying causes frequently remain hidden.

This is why the subconscious is at the center of my work. It connects symptoms with their underlying causes and influences how we respond to stress, pressure, and crises.

When we learn to approach this level consciously, sustainable change becomes possible—not just temporary relief.

The subconscious mind as a key to healing

In my search for an effective path to true health, I was fortunate enough to find a crucial answer: the subconscious mind – the link between symptoms and causes. It represents the connection between symptoms and their underlying causes.

When we learn to approach our subconscious mind gently and respectfully, it opens up access to the true causes of our symptoms. It shows us the way to deep healing – on all levels of our being.

How I work today: hypnosis, coaching and meditation

I work with a medically grounded approach, combining hypnosis, coaching, and meditation into a clearly structured process. Meditation plays a central role: it creates the foundation for conscious awareness and enables access to deeper inner processes.

Meditation is much more than a relaxation technique. It is a deep, personal process of self-understanding. The goal is not to cover up symptoms, but to understand and transform the underlying patterns.

I support people who are reaching their mental or health-related limits—toward greater stability, clarity, and inner calm.

I work primarily online and support clients in German-speaking countries as well as internationally.

“I don’t offer quick, but sustainable solutions (no quick fixes). Moving where conventional and alternative medicine meet and even beyond, I can assist you with my scientific and medical expertise on one hand and my personal and authentic experience on the other, in order to find the special powers of your subconscious as a source for your physical and mental health.”

My personal history of healing and health

Youth and idealism

I always wanted to work for people and to support them. In my youth, I wanted to become a doctor, just like my father. I wanted to save people’s lives, to support them in achieving a better and healthier life and this making humanity a better one.

Encountering the limits of Western medicine

I became aware of Western medicine’s limitations during my first year as a resident in hospital:

How does it make sense to treat a heart attack or a stroke without having any understanding of the reasons for an unnatural life (smoking, overweight, lack of exercise)? From where does these kind of patterns arise and why is it so difficult to drop them?

What do I answer to a dying man’s question “Why?”?

How do I solace a mother who has just lost her son in a train accident?

Western medicine is essential for many topics, but it does not have any answers to many questions. It is knowledge without wisdom, it is correct, but based on a small view on life.

Searching for a holistic understanding

Searching for a more holistic approach to life I studied philosophy for a couple of years and started to participate in self-experience courses, some of them being pretty esoteric. I went deep into the roots of my biography and started to understand who I am, where my own suffering is coming from and how I can heal from it. Then, in a Tantra workshop, suddenly the question arose, how to implement all this into my job at the hospital.

Medical hypnosis and meditation as the missing link

And then I encountered the missing link in a doctors’ workshop (“Medical Hypnosis”) and immediately understood that this is what I had searched for. Hypnosis transforms Western medicine into a more holistic approach.

Many years later I found the teachings of Osho, an Indian mystic and meditation teacher. And by this a deep understanding of meditation and its power to heal the body, the mind and the soul entered into my approach to work with people and became the core of my understanding of true health.

And meanwhile thousands of scientific studies confirm this insight in an impressive way.

My understanding of coaching

I strongly believe that all resources and capabilities to find the right solution(s) for the challenges in life are stored inside each of us. Due to the circumstances in life, it often it happens that we forget these solutions or don’t see them. This is why successful coaching starts where the solutions are stored … in your subconscious. Starting from there we will shift to your consciousness in order to bring all possible solutions to the daylight. This step is the key to implement them successfully in your daily life.

I see myself as the companion, which I would have needed back then. Someone who shows you that there are ALWAYS solutions inside yourself. This understanding took me a long time, but with the right support, it can be much shorter. Though it is you who has to experience it by himself, I can show you the path and be the companion on it. Somehow like a mountain guide - someone who enjoys to provide support, to give a direction and a safe company in difficult terrain.

The encounter with people in extreme situations and with death have taught me a lot about life itself - first of all humility.
