“This audio book series helps with basic problems of eating, like too much sweets, “I can’t stop” or stress etc. There are also helpful tips on each part of the series.
But all in all, it's about recognising where the root actually lies and how to approach and solve these problems in a positive way with yourself (without fighting/pressure).
